Question about refund
Hey, i played a game for 9 Hours during a free Weekend (the game was SWORN). I bought it now and wanted to play but i got a cloud error and all my saves were gone, so now i wanted to refund it but my Play Time is listed as 9Hours and i cannot refund it normally. Any Tipps?

That's just how it works -- playtime accumulates.

All playtime still counts towards the 2hr refund mark regardless if it was from free weekend or family sharing.
you can submit a manual ticket, select the purchase, then select "I have a question" and make your request there. they may give you a refund, they may not.

have you inquired in that games forum about the issue you are having?
