Problem playing game trailers on iPhone
Hi
I have problem watching game trailers in steam store website on my iPhone 8 Plus safari (iOS 15.6.1) and also steam mobile app. All I see is a black screen when I play a video; Also an error message at the top of every webpage: “Something went wrong while displaying this content.”

Clearing the cache didn’t help… and I can’t update my iOS for some reason.

I’m struggling with since a few months ago and everything was good before that.

Can anyone help please?

Possibly because your iPhone is really outdated and the iOS is no longer supported.

My phone iOS version is a bit higher than the minimum requirements for installing Steam Mobile app. Steam says that minimum OS required is iOS 15.1 and I don’t know why it doesn’t work on my iPhone!
