Otherwise, maybe contact your friends and let them know to be cautious with anyone reaching out to them that might appear to be you.
Are you messaging them at all? If you are, I highly recommend you stop because you're giving them the attention they crave.
All you can do is report, block, and move on. Steam will take action at some point but if you're sending anything bad, Steam could take action against you as well.
Tell your friends not to accept requests from unknown accounts? That's it. Even if an irl friend tell me to click a link, I'll think twice (and I won't even do it for obvious reasons)
