Steam cloud error for every game even though it DOES sync to cloud
This has been happening ever since I logged into Steam through a steam deck, and it happens on every device that isn't the deck. Here's the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

Cleared download cache
Reinstalled Steam
Logged out and logged back in
Repaired all Steam libraries
Turned off and on steam cloud both for individual games and entirely

I've been experiencing this for a while and I still have yet to find a solution. I'm starting to get tired of it and I need your help.

It has to sync to Steam.
Each game requires could remote to be enabled in the properties.
Then in Steam settings>cloud>enable Cloud synchronization for aplications which support it is on.
Start playing a game to sync it to Steam.
If you encounter sync issues, try manually re-uploading by double-clicking an "out of sync" cloud icon in your game's Library page.
Try this >open the game on the deck and select "stream from PC" option
2: close the game on both PC and Deck.
3: Open the game on pc choosing the play on PC option.

I dont own a Deck so hopefully the settings ae the same in your device.
Always exit Steam fully not just close it.
