False ban - Steam will not even read support tickets
I am posting on behalf of reo, he got community banned so he can't use the forums.
This is the story of my friend reo.
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/reohf/

A little background of me, I do buy and sell cs2 skins on steam and I got some good profit out of it, so since steam is more than cs2 I decided to check for items from other games (8+ years, 7k+ transactions, no steam problem history, clean slate, nothing bad, nothing wrong)
I found some items from another game that had huge inbalance in their pricing and decided to give it a try to see if I can make some profit. I started buying the items on August 9th (10 different items, up to 5 of each) (Bought them for cents each under 0.30€). I forgot about them for a while. On August 30th I saw that pricing on one of the items became the lowest available price of 40€. So I decided to sell all 5 of mine for 30€ each to sell them quick. After that I got my first ban the same day.
Steam reason given: Fraudulent acitivity/Inflated pricing.
I explained that I just analyzed the market inbalance and got in. I told them to see my account history since I have more than 7,000 steam transactions.
Steam replied with: "You have arranged the sale of one or more items at inflated prices" "All of the funds you received from these sales were obtained through fraud" "Similar behavior will result in a permanent lock". They reverted the sales and removed the ban but left a warning.
-I was still confused here on to why I got banned, and warned.
I then asked why do I get a warning since I did nothing wrong and used the steam market as I should, and that if someone's money were fraud why would they buy MY 5 items. I asked them to remove the warning and told them that I have been buying and selling items on steam for over 8 years with over 7,000 transactions, how am I supposed to know which buyer has fraud money or legit to not get banned? (This made 0 sense to me).
They replied with: "Because we have provided all the information we have for your issue I'm closing this help request."
So at this point, I get ban, then warning, for doing nothing wrong on my side. Steam won't specify on why I got it, Steam won't even remove the warning. If I get ban for ''inflated pricing'' why does steam allow me to set any price I wish on the items? Why don't they remove the warning since I did nothing wrong? And for the "fraudulent funds", I have 0 reasons to steal money or use or do something that is connected to "Fraud"
I also have 500+ steam games on the account, and cs2 knives, skins and inventory worth over a thousand easily. I have no idea how much money I have spent on this account myself, don't ask. (No one is so stupid to risk to gain 30€ for a chance to get account banned that is worth THOUSANDS)
On September 1st I saw some other items happend to grow price and sold for over 100€, so I decided to sell mine for a huge discount under 20€. (I was still making big profit so I didn't really mind talking "less" profit than I could basically (80% cheaper than competition, nobrainer to buy it)
3 days later I get banned again.
Steam reason given: Trafficking, laundering, reselling of games, wallet credit, or items that were obtained in a fraudulent manner.
"We will not unlock the account", "In addition to violation of contract, these activities may violate state and federal laws. Valve reserves the right to refer this matter to the appropriate authorities"
Since then I have been trying to contact steam support to review this and check my history, check my account, check everything.
Since September 6th, steam support keeps answering back with the same exact copy paste message and then closing the ticket.

I've reviewed the restrictions on this account and confirmed that they were appropriately applied.

The lock will not be removed. This ticket will now be closed.

I have explained to them that: This is my first time getting items outside of cs2, from my point of view I saw an opportunity and I got in, I got a false ban and false warning, that the account value is worth thousands to risk for 30€, that I have never used stolen funds, laundered money or all the above they said.
I asked them to read my text before doing anything, I have asked them to send me some other answer and not the same exact, I got back the exact same text 3 times, only the name is different, EXACT same from top to bottom.
-Basically I got warned and banned for doing nothing wrong, kept using steam market like it is supposed to be used.(Buying and selling items)
Later after I talked with some people, they told me that I might have gotten in the middle of "pump and dump", but this makes no sense of why the "fraud money" would end up in my account. It just doesn't add up.
-Someone can buy an item, report it as fraud, and you get banned so easily with steam doing 0 research if it was actually fraud or no?
-What if someone is just doing this over and over again with different online credit cards that you can open in 5 minutes?
-It is the only explanation I can come with as to why the "fraud money" would end up in my account.
My side of the story is completely different from the twisted information that steam has infront of them.
-So if I buy something and report it for fraud and that I didn't do it, the other person gets banned??? Without steam checking the other person's activity??? It makes 0 sense, think about it, I can basically get anyone of you banned, I can send you an item, tell you to sell it and bam I get you banned.
I legit just want ONE steam support member to look at my account, history, sells, purchases, everything, to see that I have been using steam market as intended.

Warning: You can try it yourself, items from game: Legend of Himari. (Don't blame me if you get banned as well) (Sell for over 1€ and you might get banned too)

With this post I just want it to get out there and for 1 person to give me a solution or to redirect it to an actual steam support member who will read this, because after steam support send me the exact message 3 times, it proves that they didn't read my message, or that steam support is using some kind of bot for these cases, because there is 0% possibility, that 3 steam support members said the exact same message from top to bottom, not possible.
Please help, someone, somehow.

I'm not reading all that but this caught my eye and that's the only thing that matters.
Sounds like Reo doesn't like being told no. Not liking an answer and shopping around for someone to give you a different answer doesn't guarantee the outcome you want. Could be everyone read your ticket, and despite what you think and feel came to their own conclusions and aren't bound by your interpretations.

And it's quite easy to imagine that if you could just corner a person and haggle with them, they'd side with you. Back in reality, no one is obligated to play along.
No one will read this.

And this is their final answer on the matter...

Support gave your friend their final answer on the subject.

The only thing that will come from spamming support is getting banned from contacting them again.
