Why is there no library option? Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. This website is too busy and crowded and then there are the videos constantly running on the screen. I have been on computers for years and years and this is one of the most hectic websites I've ever encountered. If I uninstall and reinstall steam, THEN I see library and get to my games. I gave up last year and will probably give up now. I've read some the answers from support to others and wow...they can be hateful, can't they.

The "Library" is only available in the Steam client, nowhere else.

Looking at the webpages with a normal browser will NOT show the Library. I've seen many people get confused over this as the pages are almost identical except for the Library.

There are performance settings in the client where you can turn off some things that are not essential to help performance.
