This has been going on for 3 days, I've been trying to open steam but it just wouldn't no matter what I do. I've tried everything from running as administrator to changing compatibility settings, disabling my firewall and uninstalling and reinstalling steam multiple times, nothing works. It was perfectly fine the day before this, it just stopped working. Every time I try to open it either nothing happens or a popup appears saying "Installing updates" and then it just closes without opening, not even an error popup or anything, it just closes and doesn't open.

Please help.
