Help with steam account

I have lost acces to my account and can't even change my email address for my steam account as when I try to it just says it couldn't verify CAPTCHA even though every time I have tried it never gave me a CAPTCHA to fill out in the first place so im annoyed as I will basically lose acces to my account and I can't do anything about as the steam support page doesn't help at all. Would appreciate any help or ideas on what to do very much

Steam Account Recovery

It is possible to recover a Steam account. You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the stolen account for this to work.

The recovery process allows you to contact Steam Support to provide proof of ownership.

Thanks this helped was able to send a help request through my brower through the link u sent while not logged in
