Hi, I finished a guide yesterday for Monster Train 2, and although I chose English as the language of the guide in the Basic Information section of the Guide, it doesn't have an English Language tag where it's posted. So despite that my guide should be visible under the category below:

It instead only shows up if you remove "English" from the filtering tab. I imagine others will have this as their defaults too and won't see the guide (or others I see for the game that are clearly in English but not tagged either).

Does anyone know how to give a guide the English Language tag so it isn't hidden away like that? The only place I saw anything related to it was the starting Basic information part of the guide, and I chose English from the drop-down list there.
