take it up with the site you traded with. all 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK. steam has nothing to do with them and will not assist you if you have trouble with them.

if you need help with a 3rd party site, take it up with that sites support. I have a good idea why your having trouble.

I would suggest you secure your account and take it security more serious.


Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
