Pre-Order Refund
I pre-ordered a game nearly a month ago, however, it just came out a few days ago and I only played it an hour before I realized it wasn't for me. So I tried to refund it but when I look at update it's saying "It's more than 14 days old" even though the game came out on September 11th. Any tips?

Go back to the purchase and select "I have a question about this purchase" and explain what you're wanting to do.

Ok, so it's going to be a wait a full 7 days for a guy to go "Oh, yeah, this was a per-order date" and fix it huh? Frustrating. Never doing a pre-order ever again for sure.

I've never had a request go unanswered for 7 days.

But I will not disagree about pre-ordering, though. I have sparingly over the years but typically do not.
