If you are mature enough to handle crude language and are sick of the little hearts going over words like "♥♥♥♥" or "♥♥♥♥," then it's kind'a convoluted but here's how to disable all censorship of words across Steam:
1) Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
2) Go to Store Preferences.
3) Scroll down to "Community Content Preferences - Chat Filtering" near-ish the bottom.
4) Under "ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FILTERED WORDS," go to the "Never filter these words" box and type .* (a period and an asterisk), then click the "Add" button.

That's it. No more little hearts.
