I can't move items in my inventory
Tried dragging
Tried clicking different slots
Tried every button on my keyboard
Tried different varriations of Cntrl/Alt/Shift to see if that works
I can't move ittems in my inventory

If this is in regards to your Steam inventory, then no, you cannot reorganize it the way you want.

If this is in regards to a specific game's inventory management, then head over the respective game's community hub, and either search for or ask about how to reogoranize your inventory in the forums there.
