What the hell is going on with your platform?
Why the did you shut down the support email without giving us any proper alternative?
No phone number, no real human support chat, no address. what kind of shady ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ operation are you running here?
Are you seriously expecting users to just scream into the void and pray someone hears them?
Get your ♥♥♥♥ together and give people a real way to reach a human being.
This is beyond frustrating—it’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unacceptable.

As I said, you contact them by clicking the 'Help' button at the top of the Steam client.

You must not have been around when the average response time was 4 to 6 weeks due to the sheer number of garbage requests wasting their time. So now you have to navigate the menu and see if your issue is actually one they can help with before you can submit a ticket, instead of just spamming them with "i cant trade, fix plz" or "how do I level up?" requests.
