Steam performance monitor scaling ruined after the new update.
Is it just me or is everyone else suffering from this too?

Happens in every game.

Steam -> Settings -> In Game -> "Text size scaling"

It's set to the same value in both the screenshots. Before the 9th September update, no matter what the resolution, the fps monitor overlay's size remained the same so it didn't scale with the resolution which is ideally how it should be because now if you play a game at 1080p it will be too small and if you play another at 4k it will be too big which is not good.

wdym? I haven't changed these settings since like the first performance overlay update and it worked correctly like how I described it did in my last post here.

I have this disabled in my gpu software if this is what you meant: https://ibb.co/PzsBTS2M
