If you bought Sons of the Forest on Steam and it’s not showing up, check your purchase history to make sure the transaction went through. Restart Steam to sync your library, and if the game shows as "Install" on the store page, click it to start downloading. Try logging out and back in, or reinstalling Steam if needed. If it still doesn’t work, contact Steam support for help.

Check your transaction on steam.

If it's showing as pending then steam is waiting for the money to clear through the banks, when it finalises you will get the game.

If its showing as failed, then the money will be returned to your bank usually within 3 working days.

If the purchase isn’t listed but the money was deducted, you definitely need to contact Steam support.
