How can i refund the giftcard i send the person doesn't wan't it they did accept the giftcard and they selected at support but how can i make a ticket without an account

If the gift was accepted, refunds may be impossible. Contact the seller/platform support as the purchaser: give the order/receipt number, date, amount, gift card code/ID and state the recipient refuses it. If you don’t have an account, use the site’s guest “Contact/Support” form or their official support email, chat or phone. Attach a photo of the receipt/transaction. Template:
“Request refund for gift card. Order #: [number]. Date: 31 Dec, 1969 @ 4:00pm[amount]. Gift card code/ID:

. Recipient declined—please refund to purchaser’s payment method.” Act fast. If the platform refuses, they may not be able to refund an accepted gift.
