I have a problem with the marketplace. I received a $30 gift card. I bought Prime through Steam and spent the rest on CS:GO. But my account has been limited. What should I do?

how did you receive the gift card? As a physical card with a code?

Digital wallet gift cards gifted from another Steam account do not unlimit the account.

No, just without a code. They sent it to me and I accepted it via text message. But the main thing is that I spent $15 to buy Prime status. But it didn't count.

Receiving a gift or gift card from a friend does not count toward removing the restriction.

yeah this doesn't count.

You must get the money on your own, that means paying with an external payment method or redeeming a retail, physical steam wallet card and it must be at least 5 USD.
