Hi everyone! What should I do if I've been getting this error for two months now? I haven't logged into the trading platform or my inventory, but I keep getting this error. I'm not in Russia, I'm in Uzbekistan. Turning on a VPN from my phone helps, but not on my PC. I've tried everything, even reinstalling Windows doesn't help. Please help.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and check if there are any account restrictions. Use a different DNS (like Google or Cloudflare). If VPN works on your phone, try changing the VPN or server on your PC. Also, temporarily disable antivirus and firewall. If nothing helps, contact the platform's support team.

I tried contacting customer support, but it didn't help, but the rest doesn't, but the vpn helps on the phone. I go through the Netherlands or Germany and that's it, but I'll try the rest. Thank you

So VPN works on your phone but not on your PC, right? Since you can connect through the Netherlands or Germany, it seems like the issue could be related to IP restrictions or settings on your PC.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies, changing DNS, or disabling your antivirus/firewall on your PC? These can sometimes interfere with connections, especially if there are specific settings or blocks in place.

If VPN works on your phone, it might be worth trying a different VPN server or provider on your PC. Also, check if there are any account restrictions or IP blocks on the platform itself.

If these steps don't help, it could be useful to contact support again with more specific details (like VPN working on your phone but not on PC). Sometimes they can offer solutions that aren’t immediately obvious.
ask your provider for a public aka dedicated IPv4 address. On CGNAT/Dual Stack Lite connections, this quota is shared.
