Tried purchasing platinum in warframe, it closes and opens steam and then just stays black screened.

Tried gifting something and same thing, looked at down detector n I noticed someone there also having the same issue.

(Edit: I just realized that this also soft-locked me on warframe, as warframe thinks im still going through the transaction, yet steam completely failed to do so)
