As of now it only happens in Delta Force but might happen on other games, I'm just not getting anything from writing in that forum.

So what happens is that my screen can randomly go black while playing, it can happen in game or in main menu. I first get a freeze and then both my monitors go black for a second, then they go back to normal but the game itself is black screened.

Here comes the interesting part: My second monitor is fine and when I tab OUT of the game it becomes fully visible but when I tab IN its black. It is just the game that goes black, I can still shoot, move and even hear.

What's frustrating is that I can't find anyone else with the same problem, as soon as I google it it's all about black screen when tabbing out, borderless windowed settings etc. None of that worked. I have tried reinstalling drivers, updating them, verifying game files, reinstalling the game...nothing and it happens so randomly as well, no pattern.
