I can't use the community market
I tried to sell the card I dropped from the game, but the device I tried it on did not have Steam guard active, so I switched to my device where Steam guard was active, but some time had passed, but I could not access the market.

When you enabled Steam Guard on the new device, a 15-day trade restriction might have been applied. This is a standard security measure. You’ll need to wait 15 days from activation to access the market.
