I have a problem:

I received a friend request and don't know who sent it. Now I'd like to ask the person how we know each other, but:

I'm not allowed to message other people's account!

Why?

I play Dota 2 and have a behavior rating of 9k. This apparently limits my communication beyond the game.

My behavior rating is questionable anyway, because I'm a friendly person who doesn't insult or harass others. However, people often get a bad rating in Dota 2, no matter the reason, and Valve doesn't investigate reports of "allegedly incorrect communication."

Hence my questions:

a) Why is a "penalty" applied to my account beyond the game?

b) How can I improve my rating (I often get positive commends in-game, but still have behavior of 9k)?

c) How can I find out who the person who sent the friend request is?

Ich habe eine Freundschaftsanfrage und weiß nicht, vom wem sie kommt. Nun möchte ich die Person gerne Fragen, woher wir uns kennen können, aber:

Ich darf nicht mit fremden Accounts schreiben!

Warum?
Ich spiele Dota 2 und habe dort eine Verhaltensbewertung von 9k. Dies schränkt meine Kommunikation offenbar über das Spiel hinaus ein.
Die Bewertung meines Verhaltens ist sowieso fraglich, denn ich bin ein freundlicher Mensche der nicht beleidigt und nicht andere belästigt. Allerdings wird man in Dota 2 gerne mal schlecht bewertet, egal warum und die Meldung einer "angeblich falschen Kommunikation" wird ja von Valve nicht geprüft.

Daher meine Fragen:

a) warum wird eine "Strafe" über das Spiel hinaus auf dem Account angewendet?

b) wie kann ich meine Wertung verbessern (im Spiel bekomme ich oft positive commends)?

c) wie kann ich nun herausfinden, wer die Person der Freundesanfrage ist?
