If your account is Turkish, buy a Turkish region gift card otherwise, it won’t redeem. Your location doesn’t matter, only the account region.

Physical Steam cards are region locked. So buy for what ever region your steam store is set to, which in this case would be Turkey.

Since your Steam account is Turkish-region, you should buy a Turkey (Turkish Lira) Steam Wallet cards for other regions likely won’t work.

Both Algeria and Turkey use USD on Steam. You purchase a USD card.
