Sometimes steam doesn’t show the cd key because the game activates automatically or no longer uses keys. Try opening library - manage - cd keys in the steam client, not in the browser. If it still doesn’t appear, it’s likely not needed or no longer provided. Contact Steam Support if it’s a third-party purchase or the key is missing.
