Can't Change My Phone Number. I just wanna talk to a human!!!
I have a new number. I have tried to actually real support member to no avail. I couldn't get into my account because of the location. I gotta put in all this crap like a steam purchase because the steam mobile authenticator sucks. Can I fix this without entering all this fluff? Please, help. Thanks!

The only way to contact Steam Support is through the ticket system.

Figured it out! You gotta go to Help - Steam Support - Steam Community - I need help with something not listed here. And then you can actually submit a ticket!
