IS STEAM SOPPORT DIED?
After a pc reset i lost family account sharing and when I tried to recover it I get messaggi that I'm not in condition to join the family. Since the messagge is very generic I asked help to support and asked the reason of the problem. The answer tha I received is Just embarassing..."steam support is not able to provide specific details to users on how the restriction works" and than closed the ticket.... so...to who I should ask for help? To my gerandma?even is strange that I can't be part of a family that I already was, I can accept that I'm not suitable to join a family but can't really accept this kind of assistance. Is really this what steam offer to us? Actually me and my friends are in same country and we are in friend list. Anyone have and clue about what could be the problem?

Do your friends live in the same household as you? Valve has changed how family sharing works.

Who can be in a Steam Family?

While we know that families come in many shapes and sizes, Steam Families is intended for a household of up to 6 close family members.
