i have some problem with my steam account. I cannot open neither steam market or my steam inventory atleast. It just says "You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later". However i do notice something when i opened my steam inventory, the url says; "https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/market/eligibilitycheck/?goto=%2Fid%2FRollingbread%2Finventory%2F".

There's a "eligibilitycheck", is it possible that i got some ban or restriction on my account? its been happening for atleast 4 months? i thought it wouldn't be a big deal so i let it be after months. Now i need to use it and i have absolutely zero idea to navigate through steam support to contact them for this kind of problem.

PS: i do have few experience with steam support menu though, it's just i can't find a way to reach them for this kind of problem.
