No "Featured Artwork" Showcase Option

I only have the regular Artwork Showcase option but not the Featured one.

I'm level 31, have extra showcase slots and have artwork uploaded, but the featured option just isn't showing and I don't know why.

When picking to add a showcase, just scroll to the bottom of the list in the drop down menu. The page scroll down bar isnt obvious so it's easy to miss that there is more to see by scrolling.

I seriously wish they would just have them all showing in the selection list rather than being hidden because the list is too long and have to scroll below the Salien Stats to see it.
