Need help to fix Steam desktop app store

My steam store has looked like this for a while now (like a month), I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix it up.

Go to where steam installed, delete everything except for steamapp folder, and steam.exe file, once done run steam.exe and test.

If you're using custom firewall, or proxy/VPN service ensure not blocking protocols needed.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. Made sure that I don't have any firewalls blocking steam. The store page is still showing code
