Yes. You also get emails explaining the delay. At any rate a lot of transactions get flagged and are in pending status for a couple of days. This has existed for a couple of years now.

When Valve's processes are complete is when you'll get the money, assuming the money used to purchases isn't fraudulent.

C'est normal. Ca arrive quand tu ne fais pas de transactions sur le marché depuis quelques temps. Il bloque l'argent 24h le temps de vérifier que tu t'es pas fais pirater. Logiquement, tu devras recevoir l'argent d'ici demain ou après-demain grand max.
