I can't withdraw skins from the site
I want to transfer skins from the site to Steam, but it says that I have trade restrictions. I look in Steam and it says that there are no restrictions. I provided my trade link. What should I do?

You're being scammed by that third party site. In general, don't use such sites. Neither we nor Valve can help you if issues occur.

I often bought things on that site, everything was fine, and they told me it was my mistake, that my friend cheated me, so there must be a mistake. The problem is me, not the site.

Yup, you're being scammed. Stop using third-party websites / apps immediately if you value your account and your details.

In other words, the scam was successful because you don't even suspect them.
Many 3rd party sites bait users with several legitimate transactions and then eventually they get scammed and the site profits. They then blame the user or something to do with Steam and then it is brushed under the carpet.

I wrote to Steam support, and it turns out I needed 7 days. Thanks for the help!

Incredibly odd that OP doesn’t seem to give a damn that they’re giving their details away to a known phishing / scam website.

Oh well. They can’t say they weren’t warned in their next “I was hacked!!!!!111” post.

🤷‍♂️
