Mainly on profile customization stuff or giving people awards (eg. their comments, reviews or any sort of artwork/screenshot) if you liked it is a decent use. Or just keep them. They aren't time-limited.

It'll take you forever to spend that many points in the store, and most of the stuff in the points store are kind of boring. I'd probably just give out a bunch of awards to cool people.
