how do i comment on someones steam profile?
i have spend more than 5 USD and i have my profile public and everythings fine, but when i try to comment on certain accounts it doesnt let me comment

It may be because of their privacy settings. If they don't want strangers commenting on their profile, that's their choice.

My profile is public full open. You can test post and delete if you want to confirm how its supposed to work.
If you can't post then its friends only, they don't allow any posts, or it allows everyone but they blocked you.
