Проблема такова: Была система ryzen 7 5700x и 9070xt. Всё работало хорошо и новые фишки таке, как: fsr4 и генерация.
Вот, решил обновиться до ryzen 7 9700x. Купил всё новое. Собрал. Снёс винду.
Всё работает за исключением того, что новые игры не запускаются (tlou2, Warhammer 40kSM2 вылетают сразу же без ошибок, будто закрыл). Но киберпанк запускается без fsr4, а с ним - сразу вылет. Elden ring работает без проблем. Gta5: лаунчер рокстар выдаёт ошибку ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT.

Я уже очень сильно опечален всем. Работал, работал на комплектующие и результат не оправдал надежд. Просто, если с картой проблемы, то откуда им взяться было, если всё работало

However, I decided to upgrade to a Ryzen 7 9700x. I bought everything new. I assembled the system. I reinstalled Windows.
Everything was working fine, except for the fact that new games were not launching (tlou 2, Warhammer 40k SM 2 crashed immediately without any errors, as if I had closed them). But cyberpunk starts without fsr 4, and crashes with it. Elden ring works without problems. Gta 5: the rockstar launcher gives an ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT error.

I'm already very sad about everything. I've been working on the components, but the results haven't met my expectations. If there were problems with the card, why would it have worked in the first place?

I've removed the drivers, and I have a page file. I'm at a loss.
The only option is to completely clean all the disks or purchase new ones.
