Hello, i got my acc frozen they say for many fraud complaiments, they sent me cnat on steam and i would like to aks what to do

You are being scammed. Steam support will never talk to you by chat or discord.


Do the following now to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Block and report both of those fake valve accounts in your friends list aswell.

Once you have gained control of your account you can do the following:

*If they removed your friends, check your friends block list first to make sure they havent been blocked. Otherwise just resend your friends new friends request.

*Edited your profile and remove the fake message the scammer put there. If you cant edit it, you may have to wait for the ''too many profile edits cooldown'' to end first.

*If they removed your games do this:

Enter name of the game in search bar,
Click on game,
Click on "it's not in my library",
"Restore removed package".

If they have stolen your items look at the following:

Only CS2 items can be recovered but you will have a 30 day trade cooldown by doing so:

steam support never talk outside their ticket system so report , block and move on and follow the tip above
Okay ive done that all but i can still enter my account is that something important
And when you tell to go on ,, help i cant sign in,, i cant becouse im already logged

Well since it's all a scam, and your account isn't frozen, who do you think is going to do it?

I mean the thing on your profile is just text field in your profile that you control. Are you saying you don't have control of your own account?

Or rather, how are you "frozen"?

Kinda seems like you don't understand that it's a scam, so all the things said and done to you were flim-flam and nonsense, which means there's nothing anyone needs to do outside of you securing your account and not falling for wallet inspectors.
