Issue with refund..
I don't understand where to post so sorry if this is a mistake..

I wanted to ask how long Steam can take maximum to approve a refund request? Because I requested refund for two games -- both within the time frame of 2 hours/14 days.. For one game it's been a day and for other it's been 15 hours but none of my refund request has been approved. Usually they get approval within some hours, right?

Is it because of weekend?

As long as it takes.

Make sure the refund request are still open and if so wait.

Yes weekends can cause delays.

Weekends can be slower for refund requests, yes.
Did you recently change your Steam password or reset it?
That adds 72 hours to all Support requests for a few weeks, including refunds.

I recently changed the email id that I was been using for three years. It can cause delay? I didn't know that..
