Ive followed guides to address the issue of only able to download at 2mb on steam
-Checked throttling
-Limiter
-Cache
-Disk usage
-Network usage
-Speed test (210mb-20mb)
-Firewalls, no vpn's anti virus
-config
-Changed location
-Switched to wired from Wifi connection
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
