mouse cursor suddenly small (linux)
not sure what happened but in the past day or so my cursor started shrinking when i hover inside parts of steam. its my normal deskttop size if i'm in the top header area but soon as you mouse lower into the section the address bar or library is in it shrinks to frankly rather microscopic levels.


i tried opting into the beta client to see if it helped and no luck.


i'm on linux and don't Think it changed after any OS updates

Are you perhaps using the Steam flatpak? cause i've seen similar behavior with flatpaks before. There's some info about how to fix it here:

nope its the normal package version ,... that said for whatever reason i opened n closed it a few more times , i tried installing the adwsteamgtk flatpak to see if it had the same issue when it overrides the layout n stuff ( i don't use it normally just grabbed it to test) but it was doing it in that too ... after closing and opening steam a few more times after removing that it seems to have sorted itself out for now and is back to normal n hopefully stays that way .

not sure what caused it to begin with since it was clearly a bug all things considered .
