At the end of August, my phone was reset to its factory settings, and Steam was removed from my phone. I no longer have access to Steam Guard. When I tried to log in to Steam from my phone, I was asked for the Steam Guard code, which I can only obtain through this app. This raised a logical question: why am I being asked to enter the code in the app where I should be obtaining it?

After a month, I submitted a support request. They responded to me after another month, saying something like "we don't have enough evidence, etc." On the same day, I sent another request, attaching screenshots of my Steam purchases. A month later, they responded that the screenshots didn't prove that I was the account owner and asked me to send another request using the email address I used to create the account.

I followed their instructions, and in the response to my last request, I learned that I had provided the wrong email address. I don't know what to do: I've had 30+ emails throughout the years, and not all of themI have access.

And I recently noticed that my phone number wasn't even linked to my account, even though I know I've linked it before, and it was a long time ago (plus, I linked it to my Dota account to play ranked games). I decided to find the account that had the phone number linked to it, and it turned out to be my first Steam account, which I had long forgotten about. I unlinked the phone number, of course.

As a result, I don't remember the exact email address I used to register this account, and for some reason, the phone number associated with the account has been disconnected. I have almost come to terms with the fact that I will have to say goodbye to this account, which I have invested a significant amount of money and time into, and I will lose the unique items that I will no longer be able to obtain.
