Question about pre-order refunds
I am not impressed with the Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection and am seriously thinking of getting a refund. Only thing is I preordered it back in September so my refund will go back to my Steam wallet. I just thought I might as well ask... I know all about Steam's 14 day of purchase and 2 hours of gameplay refund policy... but technically since the pre-order was kind of in a "suspended animation" phase from the moment I placed the pre-order... can I then refund the refund to my wallet back to my card or am I SOL?

On pre-orders, your 14-day/2-hour time doesn't begin until you are able to play it. If you attempt to request a refund, the system may deny you because of the purchase date. However, if that happens try a manual refund by going back to the purchase and select "I have a question about this purchase" and explain you are wanting a refund.
