Gigabye M32U Monitor Issues
Built a new PC with an AMD 9060 XT. When I first connected my new Gigabyte monitor (DisplayPort) it caused repeated signal drops, blank screens, and a “CSM detected” warning in Adrenalin. After a few clean installs and BIOS resets, it’s now stable — games and desktop work fine — but the display driver still shows a warning in Device Manager, and Adrenalin software won’t open.

System details:

GPU: AMD 9060 XT

BIOS mode: UEFI (CSM toggled both ways)

Cables: multiple DP/HDMI tested

Monitor firmware: latest

Drivers: multiple clean reinstalls (AMD Cleanup Utility + Adrenalin)

Retailer insists the monitor must be faulty and wants it returned; Gigabyte says it’s a motherboard issue. I’m trying to confirm before wasting another day packing and shipping it.

Symptoms:

Stable display now, but Adrenalin fails to launch (“driver version mismatch” / “CSM detected”).

Earlier, the monitor lost signal when exiting games or just randomlyt
Old monitor and TV both work perfectly. For the most part but when I initially plugged my old monitor back in it was dropping as well having the same issues but seemed to come right so I tried the new monitor as the retailer wanted photo's.

Has anyone had similar issues with Gigabyte monitors and AMD GPUs? Did a firmware update, BIOS tweak, or specific cable fix it for you? Or any ideas been driving myself mad this week trying to get it working.
