I'm posting here because I'm dealing with a really bizarre and frustrating bug that I can't solve, and I'm hoping someone might have seen this before.
My Steam client's language is set to English, but it keeps randomly switching itself to Thai.
It's not that the setting is permanently stuck. It happens intermittently while I'm using Steam. For example, I can be browsing the Store page in perfect English, and then when I click over to my Library or Community page, the interface will suddenly load in Thai. This happens in both the desktop client and on the Steam website.
I have tried every possible solution I can think of:
Setting the language back to English in the settings menu (it just switches back again later).
Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the Steam client.
Even performing a fresh, clean reinstallation of Windows. The problem came back as soon as I installed Steam and logged in.
