Still having issues
So a few days ago I posted that I couldn't get more than a error code. I fixed this by removing and reinstalling steam. This worked for 2 or 3 days but now I'm back to square 1 same issues and am close to reformatting my whole pc and starting fresh with windows 11.

I have seen error codes 101, 103, and 105. Obviously I am connected to the internet, I have changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, my firewall is off, I have reset my router, nothing is helping. I don't want to keep installing steam over and over again. Help other than an explanation to the error codes as if I cant read what they mean would be appreciated.

Try flushing your DNS cache.

Search "CMD" or "Command Prompt"
Run CMD as Administrator
Type
ipconfig /flushdns

If you have not already.

Another thing to try would be to exit any antivirus software to ensure it's not interfering with steam's ability to connect.

I have done this I have also ended task of my antivirus. AV is off entirely. I have since also turned the pc off at the wall and restarted it. Still nothing.
I have ordered a new NVMe drive and will be loading w11 onto it. i have also since posting this, uninstalled and reinstalled steam to no benefit this time. I still have no access and now no games on my pc. My day keeps getting worse.

You wouldn't happen to have T-Mobile internet would you? I used to have that and randomly I lost connection to Steam and had to use a VPN just to play TF2.
