many recent requests
More than 1 week I can not enter the steam market, it shows that it has many recent requests, but I did not even open the market for a long time, please help me

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.

For Valve's community market API this bundled together group of users looks like a single user.

restart it and hope for the best. your IP address is no longer just you, its now a bunch of people in your area using the same IP
