I'll explain the process of what i did, and if people find a similar issue, they can try these steps and hope it works for them.
This info was gotten via youtuber "CyberCPU Tech".
Open up your command prompt via admin access, you can find it in your start menu by searching for "cmd".
First off, do the basic stuff, type in "sfc /scannow" *without the speech marks. This will scan your pc on a basic level for any corrupt files, and if it finds any, either it will tell you there is issues, or it will replace them with fresh files.
After that, type in "dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth". This will do another scan to determine if there is any issues inside your pc.
Alternatively, if you know there is a issue, type in "dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth"
This will do what the sfc scan does but repairs on a deeper level. This process takes a fair while.
Once that is done, you can check the system again with sfc or dism checkhealth, and it should say its all repaired.
All that is left is for you to test for yourself, be it a game or whatever app you use.
If there is still issues, there is a followup that CyberCPU goes over, but thankfully i haven't had to resort to it.
Clearly something with the Windows update screwed something over ;_;
also open windows store and make sure all apps up to date from there, win 11 is modular and lots of its components are from the store not windows update.
I'm still confused as to why it happens, it only started happening after a windows update.
So having some morale support from home in case things go bad is always good. Really don't want to spend money on a new pc if i can help it, after what i spent just for it DX
