I tried many times and reset the password three times, but I couldn't enter the Support Ticket system

The recovery STEPS.
1. Go to login page, click need help.

2. click on my account stolen, and need help recovering it.

3. Do fail search for your account using made up email like sdhausdh @sahda .com hence made up.

It ask if want to search by login name, choose that option, and search for your account by login name, and select it.

4. Click no to all questions until take you to form to fill out. If by chance take you to forgot password page, click I forgot password, and then should take you to form to fill out. Explain your issue in the form.
