Will I be able to purchase ingame stuff if I switch from other country to my country? The game is region locked to that country thats why i have to make another steam account for it. Like would changing the billing into my country and top up then change billing into other country would that keep the amount I topped up or it will only just stay on my countries billing (ex. USD to Yen)
