That is what the Steam client, app, or website said when I added the free game to my library. Because the game is not supported in my region, I used VPS and changed the region in the cart in order to add the game to my library. but nothing worked. Can you help me with this problem?

Considering your post history, disregard my previous post.

You can restore the game here: https://help.steampowered.com -> Games, Software, etc. -> Search -> Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel -> It's not in my library -> Restore the previously removed package to my account

You cannot purchase a game you already have a license issued, even if this license is deactivated by "permanently" removing it from your library.
