Steam Games Freezing
All my steam games freeze after I launch them. I press start and they usually get to the loading page for that game(for example, when I launch CS2, I reach the yellow screen that says "Counter-Strike 2" but then the game freezes). i then have to go back to my library and press stop. This closes the window of the game I tried to open but the in the library it perpetually says the game is stopping so I have to restart my pc.

I'm pretty new to PCs in general, I just built my first one but I barely understand anything about PCs and their software.

Here is a list of things I've tried to solve the problem:
-manually installing the latest drivers
-updating windows 11
-verifying game files

I use Windows 11 as my OS and have a Radeon 9070 xt and Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core.

Are you able to play any games at all?

Some games can appear to load slow due to loading shaders, especially if its your first time opening the game.

Try add Steam and this game to your firewall exceptions.
Was the upgrade to W11 recent?
Is this when the problem started with Steam?
2 gpu are the SLI enabled or using both?
You need to use dedicated GPU. Not integrated onboard motherboard.
What error messages if any?
Whch is the default GPU?
Check the directX in run type dxdiag press enter check Display Tab check direct X features ae all turned on.
